We accept Bitcoin as a secure, global payment option for orders of Tramadol. Below is a clear, beginner-friendly guide that walks you through buying and sending Bitcoin, paying at checkout, and what to expect afterward. Please note: you must comply with local laws and our prescription policy — we may require a valid prescription and ID before shipping.
Quick overview — what is Bitcoin?
Bitcoin (BTC) is a digital currency that you store in a wallet and send on the Bitcoin network. Transactions are irreversible and recorded on the blockchain, so it’s important to follow each step carefully.
Before you start — things to know
-
Bitcoin transactions are irreversible. Always double-check addresses.
-
Transaction times depend on network congestion; one block confirmation averages ~10 minutes.
-
Network fees apply and fluctuate; you’ll pay these when sending BTC.
-
Prices change quickly — the BTC amount shown at checkout is based on the live exchange rate at that moment.
-
For legal compliance and safety, you may be asked for a prescription or ID.
Step-by-step: How to pay with Bitcoin
1) Get a Bitcoin wallet
A wallet is an app or device that holds your Bitcoin private keys.
-
Choose a reputable wallet (mobile apps, desktop wallets, or hardware wallets), we recommend using Trust Wallet.
-
Download and Install the wallet and follow the setup steps.
-
Back up your recovery/seed phrase offline (write it down). Never share this phrase with anyone.
2) Buy Bitcoin
You can buy BTC within the App.
-
Buy the amount of BTC you need (you can buy a small test amount first).
-
If you bought on an exchange, send BTC from the exchange to your own wallet (recommended for security).
3) Start checkout on our website
-
On our checkout page select “Bitcoin (BTC)” as the payment method.
-
You’ll see a Bitcoin address (long string of letters and numbers) and usually a QR code plus the exact BTC amount to send. This amount is the live BTC equivalent of your order total.
4) Send the payment from your wallet
-
Open your wallet and choose Send.
-
Either scan the QR code or copy-paste the payment address exactly into the recipient/“To” field.
-
Enter the BTC amount shown at checkout (or the fiat equivalent if your wallet supports it).
-
Check the network fee suggested by your wallet (prioritise at least a standard fee so the transaction confirms timely).
-
Confirm the address and amount — then approve/send the transaction.
Important: Double-check the first and last 4 characters of the destination address after pasting it. If they don’t match what’s on the checkout page, do not send.
5) Record the Transaction ID (TXID)
-
After sending, your wallet will show a transaction ID (TXID). Copy it.
-
Paste the TXID into the order page when prompted or email it to our support team so we can match the payment to your order.
6) Wait for confirmations
-
We typically process BTC orders once the transaction has received the required number of confirmations (we’ll show the required number at checkout).
-
Confirmation times vary; one confirmation can take ~10 minutes on average, but it may take longer during busy periods. We’ll notify you once your payment is confirmed and your order is being prepared.
Refunds, cancellations & price volatility
-
Bitcoin payments are irreversible on the blockchain. If a refund is approved, we will issue it by sending BTC back to an address you provide. The refund amount will be based on the BTC value at the time of refund and may differ from the original payment due to price changes.
-
For this reason, refunds can take additional time and may include small fees to cover network costs.
Security tips
-
Never share your wallet seed phrase or private keys.
-
Use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for exchange accounts.
-
Avoid using public Wi-Fi when making payments.
-
For large purchases, consider using a hardware wallet for extra security.
-
If you’re unsure, send a small test payment first (a very small amount) to confirm the address is correct, then send the remainder.
Troubleshooting
-
Transaction still unconfirmed: Wait for the required confirmations. If it’s been many hours, contact us with the TXID.
-
I sent the wrong address: This is usually irreversible. Contact us immediately with proof; we will help where possible, but recovery is not guaranteed.
-
I paid but didn’t include TXID: Send the TXID to our support email/WhatsApp and we’ll locate your payment.
